Elite Pro Maid’s Cancellation Policy
To help us better manage our schedule and maintain service quality, please take note of our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice by phone or email.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service rate.

If the cleaning is skipped (not rescheduled), the next service will be charged an additional 50% due to extra work required.

If the property is inaccessible (e.g., no code provided, alarm not disabled, aggressive pets, lack of water or electricity, unsafe conditions), the full service rate may apply.

Emergency cancellations due to health or severe weather will be considered without penalty, as long as they are communicated before our team arrives.

For first-time cleanings, we require a deposit of 50% of the service value, which will be credited to your first appointment. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
We reserve the right to update our policies at any time. All clients will be notified of any changes via email.
